Welcome to the month of December, otherwise known as the Christmas month. The debate for the validity of Christmas is as old as the festival itself. Different theologians and school of thoughts argue about its facts and fictions.
Some argue about the chosen date (25th of December) while others say it's unscriptural to celebrating birthdays since the Bible holds no instruction that we should commemorate the birth of our Lord.
Well I think as Christians, before we uphold or condemn - we should go further to understand where it came from (Origin), how it started (History) and how it is/was practiced (Tradition). Hence the video below for www.worldslastchance.com/ would be our guide to understand Christmas: It's Origin, History and Tradition.
So what do you think? Is Christmas necessary to Christianity?
