He needs to be the central part of your life that everything else revolves around.* PRAISE WORSHIP: *Take a worship song as led by the Holy Spirit* PROPHETIC WORD FOR TODAY:*ANY SPELL OR ENCHANTMENT THAT IS DESTROYING YOUR GLORY SHALL DIE, IN THE NAME OF JESUS.* *The MESSAGE:* In our last study, we examined the life of Daniel based on self-discipline and perseverance. These qualities went a long way in assisting him to achieve great success both in human government and the divine agenda. Today's study will focus on his relationship with God, the outcome and further lessons for us as children of God. The Bible affirms in the sixth chapter of Daniel that part of his daily routine was to knee towards Jerusalem from his window and pray to God three times a day. Of course, this became the reason he was thrown into the lion's den. Everything in Daniel's life revolved around God. Christians today can learn from this example. Many have heard the analogy of a wheel on a bike. The case for far too many Christians is that instead of being the central part that all the spokes revolve around, God is merely another spoke. He's merely a part of our lives. This was not the case with Daniel, nor should it be the case with us in our Christian walks today. God should be the fundamental, most important part of our lives, with everything else revolving around Him. Unfortunately it is easy for God not to be in the forefront of our minds most of the day. Sometimes, He simply enters our thoughts every now and then when we pray before a meal or when we sit through a Bible class. This is not the way we should treat someone whose incredible grace saved us. We are supposed to love God with ALL of our hearts, souls and minds. Don't push God back to just being a part of your life. As shown in the life of Daniel, He needs to be the central part of your life that everything else revolves around. *PRAYER POINTS:* *MORNING* 1. O Lord, help me to walk close to You, in the name of Jesus. 2. O Lord, remove worldliness from my heart, in the name of Jesus. 3. Father, give me the grace and the power to have positive influence on this generation, in the name of Jesus. *EVENING* 4. Father, make me a perfect example of a believer in word and deed, in the name of Jesus. 5. Father, henceforth, I give You a permanent place of pre-eminence in my life, in the name of Jesus. 6. Fire of the Holy Spirit, purge my heart of every idol, in the name of Jesus. 7. My Father, give me the grace to see You more clearly, love You more dearly and follow You more nearly, day by day, in the name of Jesus. *Flatimes Notice Board:* Until you are born again, God ever abiding presence will never be with you. You must be born again to enjoy continuous victory. Please say the displayed prayer below in faith: Lord Jesus, come into my life. I accept You as my Lord and Personal Saviour. I believe in my heart You died and rose from the dead to save me. Thank You Lord for saving me, in Jesus name Amen. ©2021 _*MOUNTAIN TOP LIFE* is a daily devotional by Dr. D.K Olukoya (General Overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries Worldwide)_
